Before the corona time, I used them on the walls of meeting rooms, but now in the virtual Zoom era, I used them <a href=\"https:\/\/agilecoach.ee\/blog\/tasuta-whiteboard-tooriistad\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">in the Miro environment<\/a>. In short: <\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>it is not enough to just DO agile routines, the team&#8217;s THINKING and decisions must also become agile.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>For example, if the team does all Scrum meetings properly (<em>Daily, Planning, Review, Retro<\/em>), but does not focus on whether a valuable product is being created at all, then the team is only halfway there &#8211; it uses an agile development framework, but has not yet adopted agile values and mindset.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s easy to change your <em>Behaviour<\/em>, but it&#8217;s only by changing your mindset <em>and culture that<\/em> your team starts to become truly powerful.
