Junior project manager

Course of the project

A project manager and fresh Scrum Master needed help with an agile development team. We agreed on a 4-month mentoring program, during which I participated in team sprint meetings and helped to develop and lead the development process intensively through joint analysis during 1-1 sessions. During the mentoring program we focused on achieving our goals and made regular retrospectives to evaluate our progress.

The trust and collaboration between a mentor and a mentee is one of the most rewarding experiences in my work.

My time allocation: 3h per week for 4 months or ca. 50h
