Mentorship Case Study

Project Progress

A Project Manager and a new Scrum Master required assistance in an agile development team. We agreed on a 4-month mentorship program, during which I participated in the team’s sprint meetings and, through joint analysis in 1-on-1 sessions with the mentee, helped them to intensively develop and manage the development process. Throughout the program, we focused on achieving the set objectives and conducted regular retrospectives to assess our progress.

The trust and collaborative experience between mentor and mentee is one of the most rewarding experiences in my work.

My time commitment: 3 hours per week for 4 months > approx. 50 hours
