Workshop: Agile Planning
The ‘Agile Planning’ workshop helps solve problems related to long-term and short-term planning.
Scenarios where the Agile planning workshop can help a team progress:
- the product or service lacks a vision and product roadmap, and the team has no overview of the big picture or understanding of future development plans
- the team does not know its development velocity and capacity
- the completion time of tasks is either impossible to predict, or all predictions prove inaccurate, especially when looking at a longer time horizon
- the team is constantly working, but important features are completed too slowly
- Product Backlog is not prioritized based on business value, resulting in the development of irrelevant features and declining end-user satisfaction
In the workshop, we will find the root cause of the problem, and the team will create a concrete solution plan.
This is a practical workshop for solving a specific problem; if you are interested in agility more generally, see the Agility Basics Training.

"The training left a very good impression. The trainer allowed a lot of discussion, and it was more of a practical training, with theory playing a supporting role. It was especially good to hear about the concerns and joys of colleagues regarding their own teams."
"Very compact and clear presentation – it revealed the essence of agility and prompted us to reflect on our work and how we do it. Thank you!"
"Conveyed very clearly, systematically, and sufficiently simply and understandably."
"On a scale of 10, I give it 10 points! I usually don't like group work at all, but the ones in this training were very engaging and useful. What was learned could be immediately applied to real projects."
"It was evident that the lecturer is strong in both theory and practice, and it was interesting to listen to them."
"Very interesting training – the pace was fast, the material specific and expert. I really liked the visual materials and references, which could be explored independently after the training. Also, that you respected the schedule :)"
"Very useful. I liked that you allowed time for team discussions and didn't rush us. Many group exercises helped clarify concepts, content, and practical applicability. 10 points!"
"Interesting topic, well-structured lecture, lecturer very professional in their field, good practical examples, easily explained"
"It's good to listen to a practitioner. I have always liked such training courses and find them very useful."
