Scrum Master Foundation Training
The Scrum Master Foundation Training provides foundational knowledge of the principles of modern agile software development, the Scrum framework, the Scrum Master’s role and responsibilities, working with people and teams, and practical tools.
The workshop “Scrum Master Challenges” helps Scrum Masters analyze their own performance and identify which developmental changes are most needed at present.
This is a foundation training; for advanced participants, a longer and more in-depth Scrum Master Role Training is suitable.
Objectives
<li>Provide an overview of the fundamentals and benefits of agile software development.</li>
<li>Provide an understanding of how the Scrum method works and its objectives.</li>
<li>Introduce the Scrum project workflow and common practices.</li>
<li>Establish connections between participants' work and experience through open discussion and practical examples.</li>
<li>Introduce the Scrum Master role and responsibilities within a team.</li>
<li>Provide an overview of the biggest challenges for a Scrum Master.</li>
<li>Analyze in the workshop which changes are most necessary for participants at present and how to begin implementing them.</li>
