Scrum Master Foundation Training

Scrum Master Foundation Training

The Scrum Master Foundation Training provides foundational knowledge of the principles of modern agile software development, the Scrum framework, the Scrum Master’s role and responsibilities, working with people and teams, and practical tools.

The workshop “Scrum Master Challenges” helps Scrum Masters analyze their own performance and identify which developmental changes are most needed at present.

Scrum Master Foundation Training

"The training left a very good impression. The trainer encouraged a lot of discussion, and it was more of a practical training with theory playing a supportive role. It was especially good to hear about the concerns and joys of colleagues regarding their own teams."

"Very concise and clear presentation – it revealed the essence of agility and prompted us to reflect on our work and how we do it. Thank you!"

"Delivered very clearly, systematically, and sufficiently simply and understandably."

"On a scale of 10, I give it 10 points! I usually don't like group work, but the ones in this training were very engaging and useful. We could immediately apply what we learned to real projects."

"It was evident that the lecturer is strong in both theory and practice and was interesting to listen to."

"Very interesting training – the pace was fast, the material specific and expert. I really liked the visual materials and references to explore independently after the training. Also, that you respected the schedule :)"

"Very useful. I liked that you allowed time for teams to discuss, without rushing us. Many group exercises helped clarify concepts, content, and practical applicability. 10 points!"

"Interesting topic, well-structured lecture, lecturer very professional in their field, good practical examples, easily explained."

"It's good to listen to a practitioner. I have always liked such trainings and find them very useful."
