Project Progress

The client was starting a software project with a software development company with whom they had no prior collaboration experience. The client had a precise vision for the expected web solution, but the organization lacked an architect with deeper web-related knowledge.
The client involved me at the very beginning of the project as an independent expert, to assist with ongoing issues, evaluate the progress of the entire development process, and help mitigate project risks.

My time commitment: 2h per week over 6 months > approx. 50h
