SERVICES
I offer consulting services in software development and project management, helping clients be more aware of the risks associated with software procurement and enabling development companies to be more competent service providers.
Where necessary, I involve various domain experts, e.g., in data protection, cybersecurity, usability, hosting, and other areas.
Core Services
Training
I conduct various training sessions and workshops for teams – basic agility training, training on agile development methodologies and related frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), Product Owner training, Scrum Master training, and more.
Mentoring Program
For best results, the collaboration between mentor and mentee should last at least 3 months, ideally half a year. At the beginning of the mentoring program, we agree on goals, metrics, and a session plan. Regular sessions usually take place once a week or every two weeks. Mid-program, we conduct a check-up session to assess progress, and at the end, a feedback-sharing retrospective.
Consulting
I advise on issues arising in digital solution development projects, help organize various workshops, develop strategies, and set goals.
I am inherently a problem solver and help find solutions to complex situations, see the big picture, assess risks, and ask the “right” questions.
Additional Services
Procurement Consulting
I offer the necessary expertise for conducting software development procurements. I assist in drafting procurement documents and advise on the selection of evaluation criteria. I help write technical specifications that meet the client’s business needs and modern solution requirements. I help assess whether the scope, timeline, and budget are realistic and align with market conditions to ensure sufficient competent bidders participate in the procurement. I share background information on the market situation and development companies operating in Estonia.
Business Requirements Analysis
Business requirements analysis, or business analysis, is the initial phase of a project where business goals and success metrics, business model, target groups, markets, concept, MVP or further development scope, solution requirements, project risks and mitigation measures, development plan, etc., are defined.
Business analysis serves as input for the service design phase, during which a customer journey map, service blueprint, prototype, etc., are created.
To achieve better results, I involve collaboration partners when necessary.
