Product Owner training provides fundamental knowledge of modern product development principles, the Product Owner’s role and responsibilities, long-term and short-term planning, business value assessment, and practical tools.
The workshop “Product Owner Challenges” helps Product Owners analyze their situation and identify which changes are most necessary at the present moment.
This is a basic training course; for advanced participants, a more extensive and in-depth Role Training “Product Owner” is suitable.
Objectives
<li>To provide an overview of the fundamentals and benefits of agile product development.</li>
<li>To provide an understanding of how to plan a product from both a long-term and short-term perspective.</li>
<li>To introduce value-based development techniques and how to set priorities based on business value.</li>
<li>To create connections with participants' work and experience through open discussion and practical examples.</li>
<li>To introduce the Product Owner's role and scope of responsibility within the team.</li>
<li>To provide an overview of the biggest risks in product development.</li>
<li>To analyze in the workshop which changes are most necessary for the participants at the present moment and how to begin implementing them.</li>

Format
<li>Duration <strong>4 hours. </strong><br>Recommended time: first half of the day.</li>
<li><strong>In-house training</strong> at the client's premises. (If desired, a training room and catering can also be ordered.) </li>
<li>The language of communication is Estonian or English, <strong>materials are only in English</strong>.</li>
