Retro meeting

Workshop: Retro meeting

The retrospective meeting workshop helps to solve the team’s cooperation and communication problems. Well-conducted regular retro meetings are the foundation for team development and job satisfaction. A retro meeting is universal and suitable for teams from all fields.

Example situations where a retro meeting workshop helps to move the team forward:

  • The team needs better and more efficient cooperation
  • there are costly communication errors, information does not flow as it should
  • The team has stalled in its development and the team members do not perceive constructive development
  • The same problem situations occur over and over again
  • the desire and motivation of the team to cooperate is low or in a downward trend
  • The development work does not go as expected, general dissatisfaction spreads The retro format is simple in nature, effective and always leads to results.

In the workshop, we will practice conducting a Sprint Retrospective from the Scrum method. We follow a proven retro format that is simple in nature, effective and always leads to results. Let’s go over the hazards and how to avoid or get out of them.

This is a practical workshop for solving a specific problem, if you are interested in agility in general, see the Agile basic training.

A retro meeting is only one Scrum event, you can find training for all events in the Scrum method workshop or Scrum Master role training.
